At 54 years old, Allen now leads Upfront AC with the kind of integrity you can feel from the first phone call to the final handshake. He believes in doing things right the first time, double-checking everything, and treating each home like it’s his own. He’s not just out to fix a unit — he’s out to educate, protect, and earn your trust.

He’s also a hands-on mentor. From 2019 to 2024, Allen passed on his entire skillset to a young apprentice — not because he had to, but because he believes knowledge should be shared. His team is trained the way he wishes he had been: with real-life experience, high standards, and full accountability.

But above all, Allen does this for his family and community. His mission is to provide a living wage for his employees, honest service for his customers, and eventually pass this business down to his 16-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter.
